I just got ANOTHER(YES…ANOTHER!)piece of fan art by GW project!!!
I was talking to him about what I was planning for Jays fight club book 13.
that title is gonna be Mylinda Thang:Full Disclosure. in that issue Mylinda
tells the gang the story behind her creation of the Power Ladies, and the MOST powerful Power Lady….SWAMPA!!! in the story Mylinda creates her…and then has to fight the Swamp Queen!The two of
them get into an intense life and death struggle…to make Swampa a Power Lady…Mylinda has to defeat the swamp Queen in a one on one, hand to hand struggle…the catch…if Mylinda loses…shes DEAD. if she WINS, and spares the Swamp Queen, Swampa will swear her, and her tribe’s total devotion to Mylinda.
from that, he whipped up THIS!!!! i LOVE it.
Jays Fight Club is a series that means an awful lot to me. Its by far my most successful series,
and I absolutely LOVE doing a series about a female fight league…featuring off the wall characters. Because of this series I met other creators who have become folks I chat with YEARS later. Its very awesome that an artist like GWproject likes some of the characters enough to do some art featuring them.
